Shipping Policy
These shirts are printed and shipped directly from one of our printers. We do our best to utilize several small local print shops, and as such, the shipping time may vary depending on the printer.
Under normal circumstances, each shirt should be made, processed and shipped within a week of ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy
In order to ensure we can keep making our donations on a regular basis, our Charity T-Shirts can only be returned in instances that the product (shirt or print) is damaged or otherwise incorrect (size other than what was ordered, wrong design) upon arrival. Each T-shirt is made-to-order by one of our local print shops, and many cannot accept returns due to their size and inability to restock inventory.
