Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

SPRiZZi, typically, ships their products (PPE, Sanitizers, Drink Machines) within 2 days of receiving the order, and will provide tracking information (assuming the shipping method selected includes one.).

However, due to the current high demand of our products (as well as our attempt to keep our staff safe and healthy), the occasional delays have occurred.  If you haven't received confirmation that your product has shipped within 7 days of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us via any of our contact methods, and we will do everything in our power to help.

Once shipped, product typically arrives within the shipping window of the selected shipping method.  SPRiZZiSwift is not responsible for transportation delays caused by the carrier.

For our Coronavirus Charity T-Shirts;

Our shirts are printed and shipped directly from one of our printers.  We do our best to utilize small local businesses, and as such, the shipping time may vary depending on the printer.  Under normal circumstances, each shirt should be made, processed and shipped within a week of ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a product you've received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will give instructions to ensure you either receive a replacement or a refund in a timely fashion.

SPRiZZiSwift will not accept the return of opened/used Personal Protection Equipment.

We also cannot accept returns on basis of effectiveness.  All of our products are tested for quality assurance, but no safety product (be it a mask, glove, or sanitizer) is 100% effective at preventing a disease.  Only at reducing the spread of the disease.

In order to ensure we can keep making our donations on a regular basis, our Charity T-Shirts can only be returned in instances that the product (shirt or print) is damaged or otherwise incorrect (size other than what was ordered, wrong design) upon arrival.  Each T-shirt is made-to-order by one of our local print shops, and many cannot accept returns due to their size and inability to restock inventory.
